Rotary Shaping Files

The EPS rotary shaping line is organized into three complementary series, each designed to address a specific phase of canal preparation. Together, they provide a complete instrumentation sequence for the full range of canal anatomies encountered in clinical practice.

Shaper Blue Series

The Shaper Blue Series delivers controlled flexibility and consistent cutting efficiency across moderate to complex canal curvatures. Its geometry is optimized for progressive shaping with predictable torque response, comparable in sequence and taper logic to the ProTaper family.

Shaper Gold Series

The Shaper Gold Series incorporates a heat-treated NiTi alloy for enhanced flexibility in calcified or severely curved canals. The gold metallurgy reduces cyclic fatigue and allows the file to maintain its cross-sectional geometry under load, making it well-suited for cases where standard NiTi would be at risk.

Progressive Series

The Progressive Series is designed for step-down shaping in canals requiring a graduated approach. The sequence allows the clinician to establish coronal patency before committing to full working length, reducing the risk of apical transportation in narrow or constricted anatomy.

Glide Path Silver Series

The Glide Path Silver Series establishes the initial glide path prior to rotary shaping. These files are used in sequence to confirm patency, negotiate the canal, and create a reproducible path for the shaping instruments that follow. Their use is recommended before introducing any rotary file in the series.

Used in sequence, these four series allow any endodontist or general dentist to achieve reliable canal preparation from glide path through final shape, across the full spectrum of clinical presentations.
